It's that time of year! There is a chill in the air, the leaves are changing (in places other than Dallas) the fall decorations are out, banana bread and pumpkin muffins are in the oven and pumpkin carving is on the brain.
Fall kinda inspires my creativity. I usually don't dress up for Halloween, but when I do I'm a big fan of the play on words costumes. They don't take much work and they are good for a laugh. Here are some great ideas I have gathered from over the years, I thought I would pass them on to you:
1. Serial Killer: Tie an empty cereal box around your neck and put a plastic knife through it.
2. Static Cling: pin a few socks and some used dryer sheets all over your clothes. (If you pin on unused dryer sheets, the smell will overwhelm you. I know from personal experience)
3. Smartie Pants: Glue rolls of smarties all over an old pair of pants.
4. Breaking News: Tape torn newspapers to your clothes
5. Stick in the Mud: Wear all brown with a stick taped onto you.
6. Gum on the bottom of shoe: Wear all pink and tape a shoe to your head.
7. Ceiling Fan: Carry a sign that say "Ceilings are #1"
If you can think of any more let me know!
