So many new and exciting things are happening all at once! First I landed a grown-up job BEFORE graduation, then i finished up my internship (a long process) and then I turned my very last assignment for DTS! To celebrate Adam and I and Chris and Carol went to Texas de Brazil for dinner last night. If you have never been there you have to go! But make sure you go on an empty stomach and lay off the salad bar. The shining star is the MEAT! It was so tender and delicious. They bring it out on giant swords. Lamb, pork, beef, chicken....yum-o! Here is pic, our bellies are full of deliciousness.
After dinner we went to Kroger to get my favorite icecream: GRAETERS black raspberry chocolate chip. Its totally worth it's high price tag! If you are an icecream lover you have to give it a try. If you dont have a Kroger near you, you can order online at http://www.graeters.com/sub.aspx
With ice cream in hand we headed home for the 2nd installment of Lord of the Rings. It was such a great night. I am so thankful for such a great hubbie who knows how to make his wife a very happy woman!
